• Classé 1er à l’échelle nationale sur 200 candidats sélectionnés pour un concours national organisé par le Centre de Développement des Energies Renouvelables à Alger pour l’accès au magister. (Seuls 5 candidats ont été admis au concours).

• Sélectionné meilleur candidat Algérien pour une bourse du gouvernement Japonais (bourse Monbusho). Une présélection se fait au niveau de l’ambassade Japonaise à Alger, et une sélection finale se fait à Tokyo par un comité de Professeurs universitaires. Pour l’Algérie, le Japon octroie uniquement deux bourses pour chaque année.

• Sélectionné meilleur candidat Algérien pour une année de Fullbright visiting scholar pour les USA 2003-2004.
